Super Tarts Scented Wax melts are blended and hand poured in small batches. I create all blends and test every scent I offer to maintain the sophisticated blends you can love and trust. We use a custom paraffin/soy blend of wax and only the highest quality fragrance oil that is vegan friendly and phthalate free.  We have weekly openings for specialty pre-orders and are ALWAYS open with ready to ship items for convenient shopping on YOUR time. 

We always suggest using 1 cube in a 20-24 watt hotplate warmer or tea light to achieve exceptional performance of our home fragrance wax. No cure time necessary! Please remember that wax performance can vary in different homes, room sizes, warmers and environments. Melts will throw stronger if warmer is kept away from AC vents, windows and stairs. Some fragrances wont be as strong as others, ie Cotton Candy vs. Lemonade. For safety, we suggest warmers be replaced every 1-2 years depending on usage.  

I know its so hard to know if you will like a scent when ordering online. We are happy to exchange your clamshell if you don't like the scent! Please contact us and ship it back within 2 weeks of receiving. We must receive it back undamaged or used, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We have a amazing buy/sell group set up on facebook for your convenience also. 

Super Tarts strives to maintain a 4-10 day processing time on all ready to ship products and 46 weeks for pre-orders, not including shipping time to you. When we ship your order, you should receive a email with your tracking. Please note that we are unable to change your shipping address from the one listed on the transaction. If you notice a error, please notify us immediately and we will try to cancel your order.

If your package goes missing(tracking stops updating for more then 5 days), please contact us at ContactSuperTarts@gmail.com with your order # and we will replace your order(up to the insured amount) and we will start the insurance process on your behalf. If you are ordering OVER $100 PLEASE purchase the additional insurance when selecting your shipping method. You will not be covered for the full amount of your lost order if you don't. If your package states it was delivered but you dont have it, please contact your local post office so they can start an investigation and track it via GPS. We package every order one at a time and with the utmost care and concern. If you receive a package that was destroyed during transit, please feel at ease that each order comes with a $100 damage insurance through USPS.
